And as far as I know, not all the locations are stingy with the condiments, but I have been to several who follow suit and hold their sugar, creamer and yes, even ketchup and salt, hostage behind the counter. These are usually the same places that are <i>uber</i>hyper about the number of Mc'sauces' they hand out for an order of nuggets. But it's better than McD's over seas. In England (and even Germany I think) they charge for the condiments. Here's a solution - go to starbucks instead cause you can get a way better (& price comparable) house coffee and all the cream and sugar you can handle. Half & half, whole or 2% if you so choose. Or 7-11 has upgraded their typical swill and now serves a decent house coffee and an array of specialty creamers and flavors. Plus they have donuts :-) Either way, life's too short to take your business to places that don't get it. . .and not leaving the cream and sugar out for the coffee customers is 'not getting it' in my book.
